Payment and Fees
We accept cash, mastercard, american express, visa and debit. We do not accept personal cheques . Full Payment is expected at the time of visit. Estimates of cost can be provided prior to services being rendered. We are not able to post our fees on our website due to restrictions by the Alberta Veterinary Medical Association. Our fees are based on guidelines established by the Alberta Veterinary Medical Association and are comparable to in-clinic fees.
Cancellation Policy
Appointment cancellations must be received 2 business days in advance or the full visit fee will be charged. While we are sensitive to the fact that unexpected events may require you to cancel an appointment last minute, as a mobile practice we are juggling clients schedules, driving times and emergent sick patient needs. It is often not possible to fill an appointment in a specific area of town at a specific time with less notice.
Phone and Internet Advice
To provide accurate medical care for your pet, we must examine your pet to diagnose or treat any illness. We will not provide medical care or advice over the phone or internet. A veterinarian does not screen the telephone or e-mail appointment requests.
